“What does a family house with a pool cost to rent?”
My answerShane Ruddle, 20+ years in PattayaRoughly ฿40,000 to ฿50,000 a month with a pool, or ฿30,000 to ฿40,000 without.
Most families live in East Pattaya, close to the international schools, with some in Jomtien. Family-sized condos are hard to find, so most end up in a house.
For about ฿20,000 a month in East Pattaya you might get a two- or three-bedroom house, but without a pool.
It's spread out, so plan on a car.
